Full payment on all bookings is required 30 days prior to arrival (Christmas & New Year bookings – 60 days prior to arrival)
No cancellation charge if booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival
(Christmas & New Year bookings - 60 days prior to arrival + 60 days applies to everything else below)
Cancellations received 16-30 days prior to arrival, will be refunded at 50% on the total amount
Cancellations received 11-15 days prior to arrival, will be refunded at 25% on the total amount
Cancellations received 0-10 days prior to arrival, NO REFUND will be paid
During the stay, if part cancellations are requested – a 1 x day retention fee is charged
