Cancellation & Refunds - Windamere Hotel

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS POLICY
  • Full payment on all bookings is required 30 days prior to arrival (Christmas & New Year bookings – 60 days prior to arrival)
  • No cancellation charge if booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival
    (Christmas & New Year bookings - 60 days prior to arrival + 60 days applies to everything else below)
  • Cancellations received 16-30 days prior to arrival, will be refunded at 50% on the total amount
  • Cancellations received 11-15 days prior to arrival, will be refunded at 25% on the total amount
  • Cancellations received 0-10 days prior to arrival, NO REFUND will be paid
  • During the stay, if part cancellations are requested – a 1 x day retention fee is charged

Refund shall be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the request and the payment would be credited within 5-7 working days via the same mode as used while making the booking.
